As a cost containment measure, the vast majority of our work is performed under negotiated contracts in which McCloskey Construction is an integral part of the planning and design process. Before we start a project we listen to the clients concerns, learn as much as we can about their business and their plans for the present and the future.
Design Build Services
In this Conceptual Phase we can develop preliminary drawings, prepare a budget estimate and do a thorough site and location evaluation. We also like to take a look at all financing options in this early stage.
In the Design Phase we work only with experienced architects and engineers who have a proven track record of complimenting are clients needs esthetically as well as meeting their budgetary needs. In the next phase of actual Construction we work with skilled craftsmen and subcontractors who have a proven track record. We like to work closely with the client when it comes to scheduling and meet their time frame. During construction as well as at completion are job doesn’t end until we have exceeded the clients expectations.
